- Mechanical tests of materials (tensile strength, yield strength, ductility, hardness)
- Chemical composition of the material
- Microstructure of material
- Checking dimensions on CMM measuring machines, including laser scanning
- Inspection of cracks by magnetic powder method according to EN 1369 on the MINIMAG 500 machine
- Inspection of surface defects of cylinder liners by eddy currents on IBG machines
- Checking the tightness of cylinder liners on Aeropan machines
Manufactured castings and workpieces of Seco Industries, s.r.o. have a certificate 3.1 according to the EN 10204 standard with a period of archiving the results for a period of 15 years.
